A half litre flask, two tiffin boxes, one 250 ml bottle for curry, these all fit in comfortably well in this. I can switch to a one-litre normal water bottle, or add one more tiffin box if required. The build quality is great, and with the lining inside it is easy to clean. It looks good too.
